Services and Engagements
Current professional services are individually scoped.
Specific deliverables, schedules, fees, payment requirements, cancellation terms, and other engagement conditions are established in the applicable proposal, statement of work, agreement, or other written engagement document.
If an engagement agreement conflicts with these general website Terms, the engagement agreement controls for that engagement.
Pricing
Unless a price is specifically published as currently available, professional-service pricing is provided by proposal or quote.
Prices identified as planned, future, beta, preview, or forthcoming do not constitute an offer of immediate paid enrollment or purchase.
RME Flow
RME Flow is currently in a private, invitation-only beta.
Beta participation:
Requires an invitation
Does not require payment during the approved beta period
Does not automatically convert into a paid subscription
Is subject to the applicable RME Flow beta terms and privacy notice
Any future paid RME Flow offering will be governed by the terms presented when paid enrollment becomes available.
The existing beta record confirms that participants receive seven free calendar months from activation, followed by the approved view/export period, with no payment card or automatic paid conversion during the current beta offer.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, RME website content, branding, frameworks, written materials, graphics, product concepts, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Rosa M. Espinal, LLC.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially exploit RME materials without permission, except as permitted by law.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Interfere with website or service operation
Attempt unauthorized access
Introduce malicious software
Misuse RME intellectual property
Use RME systems for unlawful purposes
